Add cupcakes
GetSatisfaction has pictures of happy people and cupcakes everywhere. These things make me happy and more likely to post constructive comments. I'm not saying cupcakes are the way, but they are pretty awesome.

I also like constructive comments. What I've heard from Satisfaction is that constructive feedback is more the result of a responsive company, as evidenced by their Facebook forum.
My thoughts? Asking for concrete ideas instead of providing a wide-open forum is a huge step towards getting constructive (even if not always positive) feedback from teh users.
