Stop multiple accounts and vote spam completed
having just rolled this out to our community it's obvious that lots of users are creating multiple accounts and spamming their own ideas, one suggestion got 900 votes in a day over the weekend. This is then encouraging other users to do the same thing in retaliation. This kind of abuse is going to ruin the perceived value and trustworthyness of the results.
We've taken a number of steps since then. It's obviously always going to be ongoing task to try and stay one step ahead but I'm going ot mark this as complete
