Explain how to update your profile
As an admin, I would like to upload a new avatar, but I can't figure out how to do it. I click on the "my profile" link but nothing is appearing as editable.

Yeah, I was wondering this myself. You should be able to upload a pic.

they use http://en.gravatar.com/, (but I have yet to see that written somewhere on the site)
