You can now have invite-only, private UserVoice pages that you can use internally. Currently we don't have any plans to distribute a version of UserVoice that can be installed on your own servers so using internal identity servers for SSO is also out.

How private are these discussions on Private Pages? i.e. does UserVoice have access to the discussions?
