Allow admins to merge duplicate suggestions

Sometimes, two or more suggestions that share the same basic idea gain traction and compete with each other although they should be promoting the same cause. If the page admins have the ability to merge such entries, the page will be much tidier and votes and comments will not be lost when the duplicate is deleted.

I would like to see this as well. We have the ability to delete duplicates, but that tosses the votes out. I want to merge them (and the comments) into another existing idea.
