Show newest comments
It would be nice as an admin to see recents comments (for ex. posted since my last connection or in the last 24 hours). Today I have to go through all the suggestions and (try to) remind how many comments they had... impossible!
We actually plan to create a daily activity digest for admins which would help immensely with this kind of tracking - we're just trying to knock out a couple other high priority features first. :-)

An easy way to get the most recent info is to use the "activity feed" located in the right-hand column when you're looking at the top ideas page. Even if you don't subscribe via RSS, you can view the list of new, updated & commented-on suggestions.
