Allow easy linking to another suggestion by # in comments
Similar to how Trac and Unfuddle let you refer to a ticket in comments by its number (or even in svn commit messages) and it automatically turns it into a link. Users could say "this is similar to #42 which suggests ..." instead of actually pasting the URL to #42 in the comment.

This would also be significant in that since there is an (annoying) character limit per post, writing "#8211" would waste a LOT fewer characters than "https://uservoice.uservoice.com/pages/general/suggestions/8211"
