allow password-protected, anonymous, permanent votes

especially useful for a small organization, where it might be difficult to get many non-tech-savvy people to register with uservoice. it's still interesting to get permanent votes from only the members in the organization. it might be solved with a common password and vote accounting based on cookies.

for a small organization it likely will not matter.
what matters is to determine the interest for different things, approximately. they're not going to implement SSO, and they're not going to register en masse. and so they're not going to experience uservoice if that (or similar) is required...
the proposed functionality would maximize the number of people who got to know uservoice.

and everybody can vote at least twice! (if its well done) or infinitely! (if awfully done)

do you use firefox? windows? then you have both firefox and internet explorer at hand dont you (or firefox and safari if you use mac)

try to connect right now using them here, each browser has its own cookie, each browser is a different anonymous user ;)
