Email notifications for new topics/feedback

Add options to enable/disable email notification on new topics or feedbacks for sites you are an admin for. I understand there is a feed but I don't think every site owner will want to have to check the feed. I personally would prefer email notifications.

Could be useful. In the meantime there are tons (well at least several) services that convert rss feeds to emails. A quick google search shows RssFwd <http://www.rssfwd.com/> and SendMeRss <http://www.sendmerss.com/> as two potential options.
