2. FYI, bug 5154 is marked as fixed but it's not. I can't click the last item (Windows firefox 2.0)

3. Ideal functionality: 1) hit duplicate, 2) pick item to merge duplicate votes into, 3) target item gets the votes of the duplicate, 4) only then, duplicate disappears.
