1. It is a bit odd and that's why the interactive widgets are still "alpha" ware at best. You're doing the right thing by using an random ID for the GUID. You can also just leave the email field blank and that will allow them to fill it in for themselves for bug reports.

   0 why do the new widgets require sso even on anonymous users? I don't have guids for anon users. - 15 days ago
