1. Votes are currently returned when an item goes to "completed" mode. However, there is discussion for moving votes once an item goes to "planned." http://uservoice.uservoice.com/pages/general/suggestions/4687
   Also, there is the ability to move your votes around, for instance if you placed 3 votes for an item, you can re-vote that item to 1 and free up two votes.

2. We are looking at clever ways to allow customization. We also increased the default number of votes to 10. Keep in mind - once suggestions are placed into a "planned" mode, votes are redistributed back to their users. If a company is diligent about providing solutions to User submissions, then votes can also stay in play.

6. We changed the page heading to just plain "Feedback for ..." In the title of the page. Perhaps this is an agreeable compromise?

9. May be cheesy, but it's a good show of progress and activity. What if completed sugggestions are <em>retired</em> to the sidebar? This would be a good way to pull it out of the main content and also display to users that suggestions have been considered and addressed. Also include an admin's closing statement describing how the issues was resolved.
