Co- Branding is not necessary. Taking the Forum Name/Page Name would ne sufficient because feedback addresses the project, blog, product and not the admin
I have the same problem with my contributors. As my forum has the name "Lifesensor" they expect to improve "Lifesensor" and not the user which is in my case "doctoroo".
The text shall be:
