While we certainly appreciate your kudos, I still think that the term "feedback" covers everything, good and bad.
Instead of saying that you like UserVoice, tell us *why* you like it. Maybe there's a thread saying "I don't like the layout At All" but you really do - if you say something, that lets us know we're on the right track, and is a compliment that's not only nice, but helpful too. :)
Here's how to disable Anonymous Feedback on your forum:
1. Go to your forum, and log in as an Admin.
2. Click "Manage Account"
3. Then click "Account Settings" (both these links are at the top, in white)
4. In Account Settings, there is a line of text, "ALLOW ANONYMOUS FEEDBACK?" which should currently be set to true (by default).
I'd be hesitant to agree that this is a good feature - issues involving a users' personal information should probably go to support so they can be solved over email, not in a forum like this, even if the thread was private.
I disagree that javascript is that level of dangerous - far more damage is done to peoples' computers and data via malware and opening spam email attachments.

4. From here, change the welcome text, prompt or example text
5. Don't forget to save!
