I'm building a German social platform and would like feedback from German users. I also am running an Esperanto social networking site on the side. I imagine you could even set it up Wikipedia style, so your users could provide translations for your service themselves!
I think in that case, "Member Feedback" would sound better. The only other occupation that calls its clients "users" are drug dealers. Not cool.
